Q. IS IT BETTER TO REPAIR OR REPLACE AN APPLIANCE?

A. With a broken appliance in your home there are two choices. One option is to schedule an appliance repair and try to save money. If it works, you will be able to continue to use your stove, freezer, refrigerator or washer and dryer. The second route is to buy a newer model.

All home appliances come with an projected lifetime. With a broken appliance in the beginning or middle range of that lifetime, we would suggest calling our appliance repair company. In the event the home appliance is somewhere around the end of its useful lifetime, we recommend replacing it with a newer model if your budget allows.

Below are the estimated lifetimes of all types of household appliances:

Q. DO YOU PROVIDE WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES AS PART OF YOUR SERVICE?

We use manufacturer parts for Whirlpool, Kenmore, Wolf, Amana and almost all other popular appliance brands to ensure we maintain the manufacturer’s warranty. Q. WILL YOU FIX MY APPLIANCE DURING THE INITIAL VISIT?

A. Yes! It is our goal to perform the repair on the initial visit. Across the years we have been in business, we estimate that we are successful in fixing things with one visit around 95% of the time. We load almost all of the most common manufacturer appliance parts in our vans along with all of the necessary tools to perform the repair. If we need to come back to finish the job, there will be no extra service fee.

Q. IS THERE A SERVICE WINDOW FOR AN APPOINTMENT?

A. When you schedule a visit from one of our technicians, we will provide a one to three hour timeframe for when our technician will arrive at your home. Then, our technicians will call 10 to 15 minutes in advance of their arrival. We know how important our clients’ time is. That’s why we do our utmost to arrive on time. Since some services take much longer than estimated, we give our repairmen a little cushion to finish a previous job and not be behind schedule for the following job.
